SABC (Rabbit IgG)-POD Kit:
Rabbit IgG SABC Kit (Peroxidase) is designed for use with Rabbit primary antibodies in IHC and ICC. This kit contains a biotin-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit secondary antibody and peroxidase-conjugated streptavidin. A streptavidin-biotin complex (SABC) is formed since streptavidin has high affinity for biotin. Since streptavidin exhibits very low non-specific binding to tissues and cells, due to its nearly neutral isoelectric point, this kit can be used for low background immunohistochemical analysis.


Goat anti-Rabbit Antibody (Biotin): 12 ml
Streptavidin (Peroxidase): 12 ml

Material Required But Not Provided:
APES or Poly-L-Lysine
0.02 M PBS (pH 7.2-7.6): dissolve 8.5 g NaCl, 2.8 g anhydrous Na2HPO4 and 0.4 g anhydrous NaH2HPO4 in 1 L of distilled water. (If hydrous phosphates are used, adjust the weight accordingly)
0.01 M Citrate Buffer: dissolve 3 g sodium citrate dihydrate (C6H5Na3O7 2H2O) and 0.4 g citric acid monohydrate (C6H8O7 H2O).
DAB Horseradish Peroxidase Chromogenic
0.1% Trypsinase, or other compound digest solution
